SHORT STORIES FROM TROUBLED SOCIETIES: The story that appeared in «Tales from a Globalizing World» has been expanded to a long term project. «Short stories from Troubled Societies» are series of photo essays dealing with aftermath of guerre fraternites in 10 countries that were following the similar pattern of ethnic hatred, civil wars and finally ethnic cleansing and genocide. The project started in my native country Bosnia and led me to a number of countries (Palestine, Rwanda, Chechnya, Iraq, Kurdistan, Ossetia etc). In past year i've been covering major stories for international publications like Newsweek, Telegraph Magazine etc. Now i'm about to leave to Afghanistan as another chapter of «Short Stories from Troubled Societies».
